23 and 1/2 hours: What is the single best thing we can do for our health?

If you have but a mere 9 1/2 minutes to spare, please watch this video.

Dr Mike Evans answers the old question "What is the single best thing we can do for our health" in a completely new way.

Dr. Evans holds many past and current positions regarding knowledge translation to front line clinicians, consumers, and policy makers. He is a founding member of the Centre for Effective Practice, was Scientific Officer for Knowledge Translation and Exchange at the Canadian Institute for Health Research, recently stepped down as a member of the Canadian Expert Drug Advisory Committee, and is Vice-Chair of the Canadian Optimal Medication and Utilization Service. He was recently named Chair of Patient Education for the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

He is Director and founder of the new Health Design Lab, which is redefining “interdisciplinary” in medicine by bringing together diverse skill sets such as film makers, patients, technologists, designers, and marketers with clinicians and researchers to illuminate new pathways for evidence-based decisions.
